Warranty Policy

After purchasing our products, should you encounter any difficulties during the warranty period, we will go above and beyond to address the issues. To ensure you receive your full product warranty benefits, please read the following information carefully:

1. Warranty Period

Unless specified otherwise, the warranty period for inverters and batteries are 36 months (3 years) from the date of delivery. Should you need to invoke this warranty, please contact us at info@sanforce-tech.com. Use the email address of the sales person you bought the product from, or use the contact form on our website www.sanforce-tech.com.

2. Warranty Period

All products are sold by Sanforce Technology. During the warranty period, all of the defective products must be returned to the factory to be repaired or replaced.

3. Warranty Policies are as Follows

a. For failures caused during operation, we will follow the manufacturing procedures to carry out thorough cleaning, testing, calibrating, repairing and restoring to factory parameters.
b. The repairing time for warranty period of the products depends on the extent of the damage caused. The maintenance period is a goal not a promise and certain special products may not apply to this maintenance period.
c. For the products which need to be replaced within the warranty period, Sanforce Technology will replace them with products which have the same specifications. The substituted products have the same rights as the original products.

4. The warranty range doesn’t include the following

a. The cost of the wearing parts is not covered in the warranty.
b. We do not repair failures caused by physical damage, misused applications and unauthorized changes to the product. We also do not repair damages caused by improper installation, miss-handling of the electronic component or any other natural or man-made disasters. We are not responsible for consequential damages of any kind.

5. Fitness for Use

Goods are not tested or sold as being fit for any particular application or for use under specific conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are fit for the purpose you intend.
